Abstract:
The creation of spin switches based on the proximity effect for layered nanostructures ferromagnetic metal/superconductor (F/S) is reviewed. The phase diagrams of both few-layered hybrid nanostructures F/S and superlattices F/S are analyzed. It is shown that the four-layered nanostructure F/S/F$'$/S$'$ can possess different critical temperatures and critical fields for the neighboring S layers. By the optimal set of parameters, this system has the greatest amount of possible states in comparison with previously investigated layered F/S nanostructures. Due to this reason, four-layered nanostructure F/S/F$'$/S$'$ is the most perspective candidate for usage in superconducting spin nanoelectronics (spintronics). The conceptual scheme of data controlling and recording device with superconducting and magnetic channels in a common sample is proposed. The superconducting and magnetic properties can be separately managed by weak magnetic field.
