The evolution of magnetic properties of high-$T_c$ superconductor parent compounds at the doping
S. I. Belov, A. D. Ineev, B. I. Kochelaev Kazan State University
Abstract:
The evolution of magnetic and kinetic properties of quasi-2D cuprates is investigated in the case of doping $CuO_2$-planes by electronic holes. It is shown that the hole immersed into $CuO_2$-plane creates a skyrmion spin configuration. The influence of exchange interaction anisotropy as well as interplane interactions on the form, size and existence of skyrmions is studied. The spin correlation length and nuclear spin-lattice relaxation rate are found as the functions of temperature and hole concentration with use the representation about thermal and hole skyrmions.
