Stable motion of the charged micron-sized particle in alternating electric field of the quadrupole type at atmospheric pressure

Abstract:
The conditions for stable motion of the charged micron-sized particle in alternating electric fields of the quadrupole type at atmospheric pressure in air were found using the Brownian dynamics method. The strong influence of the dynamic viscosity of the gas medium on the regions of stable motion of the particle was demonstrated.
