The definition of crystals elastisity modulus by X-ray interference methods

Abstract:
In the paper the results of defining of elasticity modulus for local regions of dislocational and nondislocational Si monocrystals by means of X-ray Moire and Pandellosung Fringes methods are presented. It is shown that for the crystals, having dislocations, the elasticity modulus is smaller and depends on the density of dislocations.
