Abstract: In this work the question of algebraic closeness of $\beta$-uniform algebra $A(\Omega)$ defined on locally compact space $\Omega$ is investigated.
Keywords: $\beta$-uniformly algebras, complete regular space, discontinuous multiplicative functional.
