Influence of fluctuations quantity of absorbed ligands on DNA melting

Z. E. Navoyan

Chair of Molecular Physics, YSU
References:
Abstract: The fluctuat ions of shifting of DNA melt ing temperature at the presence of ligands were invest igated. The variat ion of melt ing temperature was calculated. It is shown that inverse value of ligands concentrat ion at the maximum point of variat ion equals the binding constant.
