Optimization in the queuing system with impatient customers

Abstract:
The paper presents optimization in the mathematical model of a multichannel queuing system with impatient customers, described in terms of point processes. The transition from the mathematical model to the iterative formulas, according to which the simulation modeling is carried out, is shown.
