Mathematical model of a call center with a random delay in multi-stage service

Abstract:
The paper presents a mathematical model of a call service center with a random delay for multi-stage service. The mathematical model is built in terms of point processes and their compensators. The transition from the mathematical model to the iterative formulas, that are necessary for simulation, is shown.
