Model of information system support in terms of queuing systems

Abstract:
A mathematical model of the information system support process in terms of queuing systems (QS) is considered. The main difference from the classical QS models is the presence of many intensities that characterize each month - based on this, the process is long-term. A simulation model is also designed and its parameters are analyzed.
