Abstract: An equation for the evolution of the dynamic system energy (a single DOF Keldysh model), containing a white noise source is constructed. It is shown that self-oscillations (flutter) are suppressed if the white noise intensity exceeds a threshold value.
Keywords: Keldysh model, limit cycle, flutter, suppression of noise-induced oscillations.
