Lattice-gas model of chemisorption on metal surfaces

Abstract: Information on lattice-gas models of the following surface phenomena is compiled in this review: phase diagrams; effect of adsorption on surface reconstruction; and, kinetics of elementary physical-chemical surface processes, including thermodesorption spectra, isothermal kinetics, and surface diffusion.
