Transport properties of carbon nanotubes

Abstract: Current experimental knowledge of the transport properties of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) is reviewed. Methods of measuring transport coefficients in CNTs are considered. Experimental data on how the thermal and electrical conductivities of single- and multiwall CNTs depend on the temperature and the tube length are analyzed in terms of ballistic charge and heat transport.
