Abstract: A mathematical model of the dynamics of fire in premises is proposed. A significant difference of the model is a reduction in the complexity of calculations and an increase in the accuracy of results due to the use of the principles of cellular automata. The developed software package with support for parallel processes allows you to change the geometry of rooms and display the dynamics of the environment in a fire, which is necessary for planning actions for the elimination of fires and the evacuation of people. Using the proposed model and software package together with known evacuation models will improve the layout of the premises and reduce the time of evacuation in fires.
