Abstract: We briefly survey the mathematical models of ecologicaleconomical and social-ecological-economical systems and introduce an approach to the problem of implementation of regional sustainable development, which is related to the game-theoretic philosophy, and consists in assigning quotas on anthropogenic impact. We consider a system as heterogenous one and suggest appropriate mathematical tools.
