Control in Social and Economic Systems

Regional social potential management based on second order regression-differential model

A. V. Zatonsky, T. Yanchenko

Perm National Research Polytechnic University
References:
Abstract: We show that traditional econometric models and autoregressive models of order one cannot be used to forecast the regional social potential. We suggest a short-term forecasting model based on an autoregressive model or order two. We analyze the areas of positive and negative forecasts and draw recommendations to boost the growth of social resource.
Keywords: social potential, modeling, auto-regression based model.
