Abstract: We sketch main principles of forecasting projection and develop a forecasting project of the infrastructure for commercial exploration of outer space and of celestial bodies. We suggest a modification of the IAU System of Astronomical Constants, which seems more convenient for experts. Then we discuss the basic scenario of outer space infrastructure operation, the one focusing on the exploration of Mars and asteroids. The discussion is accompanied with models and calculations. We also suggest principles for the goods’ and services’ billing based on insurance valuations.
Keywords: infrastructure, forecasting design, interplanetary orbit, space lift, space industry, insurance, logistics.
