Abstract: We consider a problem of selecting the “degree of localization” for the process of transferring the world-best technologies in the area of transport machine building. Investment projects of this sort may have different purposes; their participants may have conflicting and informally defined interests. We suggest a scheme for project participant interests’ coordination, which is based on the method of minimizing the sum of trade-offs.
Keywords: transfer of foreign technology, degree of localization, multi-purpose investment projects.
