Formation team performers of organizational unit based on the analysis of the co-ordination of behavior in the process of testing

The technique is considered of selecting potential team members by analyzing their level of behavioral coordination while resolving test problems under uncertainty. A general algorithm of team formation is suggested for the case of no a-priori information on applicants' abilities.
