Abstract:
We elicit contemporary transport safety requirements from the official strategy of “Russian Railways” Corporation and state the problem of forecasting railway and right-of-way condition. We employ expert-classification and expert-statistical analysis technique (including data classification analysis methods) to set and solve the problem. Algorithm of railway and right-of-way condition forecast relies on structural predicting method.
