Abstract: NEc-model focuses on the development of national economy. It is relevant to the modern economic relations and information technologies. Money is treated not as an intermediary good, but as an electronic document that proves the cost of goods and property status of participants of economic relations. The model defines rules for money emission, banking, investing and export/import.
