Abstract: We suggest a simulation model for choosing a strategic direction of oil $\&$ gas company development under a scenario of gradual displacement of traditional energy generation technologies with innovative renewable energy sources. We use this model to investigate influence of innovations intensity and details of funds distribution on company income.
