Abstract: The economic-mathematical efficiency analysis of natural market mechanisms that stimulate the aircraft safety increase was carried out. It was shown that aircraft industry is more vulnerable in passenger traffic decrease than airlines after plane crashes so the aircraft industry is more interested in flight safety than airlines.
