Abstract: We suggest a computational semi-analytical method for metal ions concentration in electrolyte. Metal ions concentration is one of major control variables for the process of electrolysis. We analyze and compare the method of regression and that of physical and mathematical process modeling on examples of voltammeterical measurement of zinc and copper concentration in sulfuric acid electrolyte of copper-plating.
Keywords: mathematical model, voltammeterical, concentration, diffusion equation, control of electrolysis process, reverse control problem.
