Abstract: The model of the ecological safety automated control system for industrial and transport complex (one of the major branches of economy) is proposed. The model is based on the new representation of control object and the idea of adaptivity subject to the changes in environment and the object itself. The idea is realized by including an expert information subsystem into the system. The structure of this subsystem is considered.
