Control in Social and Economic Systems

Construction of incentive mechanism based on reapportionment of wage fund

I. Nurutdinova, G. Ougolnitsky

Southern Federal University
References:
Abstract: A certain (“basic”) incentive scheme for the organization with the single principal and multiple agents is considered. The new incentive scheme is proposed, which is based on rearrangement of the wage fund while keeping the profit of each agent related to the basic scheme. Also the model is studied where the basic scheme is kept for the arbitrary number of agents. The algorithm to build the optimal incentive scheme is suggested and tested on the example.
Keywords: theory of incentives, motivation management, hierarchical games.
