Abstract: This article describes the fundamental part of the conception for technology of scientific activities in human-machine environment for symbol modeling of arbitrary objects ($s$-environment). Further, the article proposes an approach to formalized description of scientific results and defines rules of publication, discussion, evaluation of the significance, storage, and distribution of these results in $s$-environment.
