Abstract: The analysis of the article ‘`Collective expert examination of scientific journals: Procedure of expert judgments aggregation and rating construction» by O. V. Fedorets is carried out. Setting of scientific journals rating construction problem and aspects of carrying out the collective expertise are discussed. Various aggregation methods of rank experts’ estimations are considered.
