Abstract: The resource allocation problem in the hierarchical systems of river water quality control is described and investigated. It is shown that the problem may be divided into two subproblems: the resource allocation problem in hierarchical system and the river water quality control problem. Three cases of resource allocation model are considered: no-corruption mechanism, connivance and racket under resource allocation and the resource using controlling. The Stackelberg equilibrium in game theoretic model is found by the Lagrange multipliers method.
Keywords: tree-type hierarchical system; corruption mechanisms; game-theoretic models.
