Effect of plasma nonideality on electron degeneracy

Abstract: The pseudopotential model of a nonideal plasma, in which many-particle quantum effects are taken into account in addition to pair quantum effects, is studied by the Monte Carlo Method. In this model electrons obey Fermi statistics, and ions follow Boltzmann statistics. It is shown that when pair exchange is predominant, the Coulomb repulsion prevents exchange interaction of electrons.
