Abstract: A nonlinear solution is constructed for the state at which a developed ionization instability can arrive in a partly ionized plasma in a magnetic field. It is shown that when allowance is made for the electron thermal conductivity and a larger-than-critical Hall parameter, periodic oscillations with finite amplitude can arise in such a plasma.
