Semiempirical multiphase equation of state for hydrogen

Abstract: A semiempirical multiphase equation of state for liquid hydrogen is given in view of the metal-dielectric transition. The position of the curve of “dielectric”; fluid-conducting fluid equilibrium is determined. The experimental data of Nellis et al. [1] on abnormal compressibility of hydrogen are described within the constructed model. Predictions by the present model are compared with the experimental data of [1–4].
