Abstract: A DSMC method making it possible to describe the formation and increase of clusters on the basis of the nucleation theory taking into account the corrections to the classical theory for description of small-size clusters has been developed. The problems of the applicability of the model for calculating the vapor at a high degree of supersaturation and the correctness of the allowance for the processes of energy exchange in the course of the condensation process are discussed. A series of calculations of the stationary size distributions of clusters in the homogeneous volume of the copper vapor has been performed. The results are compared with the analytical data.
