Limiting state of a surface during thermal activity

Abstract:
We consider the solution of thermoelastic problems as applied to the determination of thermal fluxes and stresses during the action of a high-temperature hypersonic gas jet, flowing out of rocket-type burner, on the underlying rock, as well as on the covered porous structure of the walls of the combustion chamber and the burner nozzle. The solution results make it possible to predict and prevent the generation of limiting states for vapor-generating surfaces and select the optimal destroying thermal loads for rocks.
