Model of detonation MHD generator with $T$-layer

Abstract: A scheme of detonation MHD generator with a $T$-layer is treated. The generator operation is simulated numerically for a pressure in the channel at which the $T$-layer may be regarded as a volume radiator. The efficiency of the system is demonstrated, as well as the considerable effect of radiation loss on the generator performance.
