Thermochemistry of vanadium fluoride: The formation enthalpy of vanadium fluorides

Abstract:
The values of the enthalpies of the formation of gaseous $\mathrm{VF}_4$ and $\mathrm{VF}_3$ and crystalline $\mathrm{VF}_2$ are recommended on the basis of the results of an analysis of the reference data. A scheme of the transformations of crystalline trifluoride vanadium during its isothermal evaporation is proposed.
