Abstract: The problem on calculation of the heat flux from a uniformly heated spherical particle in an arbitrary range of the Knudsen number is solved. Numerical calculations are performed for a model of molecules interacting as elastic hard spheres under the condition that their reflection from the surface of the particle is purely diffuse.
