Abstract:
Changes in the conductivity, permittivity, and dielectric loss tangent are registered for ten polyvinylchloride-based organic dielectrics (polymers), caused by the exposure for $3$–$5$ s to the unpolarized radiation of a pulsed copper-vapor laser with a wavelength of $510.6$ nm. The duration of light pulses is $20$ ns, and their repetition frequency, $8.5$ kHz.
