Abstract:
The results are given of structure analysis of erosion products of a jet diaphragm discharge in vacuum. The spectral-and-energy characteristics of erosion products are determined in the course of transformation of the discharge plasma, including the stages of condensation and coagulation of highly dispersed structures.
