Abstract:
In this paper, we consider the mechanisms of dust particles rotation in a stratified glow discharge when a longitudinal magnetic field is applied to it. It is demonstrated that even in magnetic fields of $B > 1$ T, the ion drag effect is not negligibly small, and taking it into account can lead to better agreement with experimental data.
