On the high-frequency energy distribution of equilibrium radiation in an ideal electron plasma

Abstract:
It is shown that the power-law decrease in frequency in the high-frequency asymptotics of the spectral energy distribution of the equilibrium radiation in an electron plasma takes place for an arbitrary negative value of the chemical potential of electrons in the ideal gas approximation for the transverse permittivity.
