Abstract: A generalization of the “single-momentum” approach to the calculation of the Wigner function of a quantum canonical ensemble is made. A Monte Carlo method is developed for calculating the thermodynamic properties of multicomponent fermion systems. The momentum distribution functions, the internal energy, the equation of state, and the pair-correlation functions of hydrogen plasma under the conditions of strong nonideality and moderate degeneracy are calculated.
