Abstract: Equations describing the density and dynamic viscosity of $10$ to $40\%~\rm KOH$ solution at temperatures of $20$$70^{\circ}$С are derived. The dynamic viscosity and density were studied in a newly constructed experimental setup including an SV-10 viscometer. The deviation of the predictions from the experimental data is within the confidence interval. The uncertainty in the experimental data does not exceed $1.91\%$ for density and $3.56\%$ for dynamic viscosity.
