Abstract:
A class of stationary flows defined by A. Y. Khinchin [1] is considered.
A one-to-one correspondence is established, by the generalization of the construction leading to Palm’s functions [1], between the flows of this class and the narrow sense stationary flows of sequences of random variables (the “generating” sequences).
Modes of establishing the flow according to the generating sequence are given. The main characteristics of the flow are expressed in terms of the generating sequence.
Some special classes of flows are considered.
