Detection of Visual Contaminants on the Basis of Perceptual Hash Calculation

Abstract:
In this paper we propose an approach to the detection of a wide class of visual contaminants on the basis of visual perceptual hash calculation and formation of a reference database of potentially dangerous media objects for building an automated system to protect consumers of multimedia content from unwanted effects on their psychic and consciousness.
