A. A. Kuzkin Academy of Federal Agency of protection of Russian Federation
Abstract:
An approach of providing stability of information technology development in the organization is presented. The essence of the approach is to develop the key efficiency index requirements of IT-processes on the base of balancing their influence on predictable levels of achieving IT purposes by using evolutionary computation methods. This procedure is performed by applying three stages of the developed technique. The specific feature of the procedure is to develop requirements of IT-strategy achievement by estimating their relevance in order to provide a required IT-strategy level and highly robust Holland genetic algorithm with introducing adaptation conditions in terms of assigned outlines influencing the target concepts of the fuzzy cognitive model. The results of using the technique are also demonstrated allowing to adjust IT-strategy and ensure its stability in the given interval of planning and decrease the miscoordination degree between current and required IT architecture state in perspective.
