Operational properties of systems and their functioning indicators appraisement.

Abstract:
. Operational properties defined as properties of systems and processes of their func-tioning, which characterize their ability to achieve objectives of activity. Some classes of the practical tasks, related to necessity of operational properties estimation, such as estimation of the capability of systems, efficiency, productivity, profitability of system usage and other similar operational properties are considered. The problem of operational properties research introduced. The concept of problem of operational properties of systems and processes of their functioning research offered. The concept based on usage of the synthetic relations – the interconnected, nested and hierarchical relations and on use of a method of research, based on creation of such synthetic relations. Within this concept the unified conceptual schemes of estimation of operational properties, such, as system capability, efficiency, profitability, efficacy, performance, efficiency, effectiveness are offered. The concept of modeling in problems of operational properties of systems and processes of their functioning research offered. Models of the synthetic relations and their usage for estimation of indicators of operational properties of systems and processes of their functioning are given.
