Abstract: Establishment of psychologically comfortable environment of interaction is one of the main tasks in developing user interfaces for social robots. The naturalness of the appearance of the humanoid robots and methods of their communications contribute to self-disclosure of user and improving the efficiency of dialogue. The paper analyzes the methods of estimation success of the of dialogue, and means of recording and analysis user preferences are required to configure the user profile and personified servicing provided by informational robot.
