Estimating Indicators of Status and Progress Results of Information Society

Approaches to systematization and substantiation problem of adequate indicators for estimation of information sphere state with prescribed accuracy to forecast the perspectives of evolution. The essence of proposed approaches contains in definition for each domain of information media an appropriate system of indices providing tо estimate not only the level of information sphere but the state of information society as well.
