Abstract: The ways of development of data transmission systems, computing and control systems based on nanotechnological electronic components are considered. The conceptual scheme for determination of limits of perspective data transmission systems as prototype of programmed radio (SDR — Software Defined Radio) with nanotechnology application is proposed.
