Abstract: We construct a model of the interaction between two flows in a gas of hard spheres, each of which has the structure of an accelerating and compacting rotating flow. We obtain several conditions sufficient for the uniform integral or the "mixed" norm of the difference between the left- and right-hand sides of the Boltzmann equation to be arbitrarily small.
